Refund Policy

Under the Australian Consumer Law you have a right to ask for a repair, replacement or a refund if there is a problem with any goods or services that you may buy from GESA.

You must make any claim for a repair, replacement or a refund within twenty-eight (28) calendar days of the date of the purchase in writing via email and you must include a copy of the relevant receipt.

If you change your mind about a purchase please contact us to discuss whether we are able to give you a refund.

If you have paid to attend an event organised by GESA then you may get a refund of your payment if you notify us by email at least two calendar days before the day on which the event starts. After that time no refunds will be given.
